I am a trained Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor in private practice in the bayside area of Melbourne. I work with people experiencing symptoms of Anxiety and Depression, grief and loss and significant life changes. My particular expertise lies in the treatment of Complex Trauma, Childhood Sexual Abuse and Problem Gambling. I was drawn to this profession after feeling alone in navigating my own struggles and did not want others to have that experience.
